Born in the Himalayan foothills near the sacred land of Buddha, I’ve always been surrounded by resilience, spirituality, and reflection. My early life, marked by adversity—from emotional vulnerability to academic failure—became a springboard for transformation. Trekking through jungle paths to reach school, I discovered grit, curiosity, and the inner fire to grow.
Serving in the British Army across global hotspots—from Sierra Leone to Afghanistan—I witnessed the full spectrum of human struggle and courage. It shaped how I lead, listen, and ask the deeper questions: What drives people? What breaks them? And what rebuilds them?
Over five decades, I’ve studied human behaviour—from real-world adversity to formal training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mental Health Awareness. I’m also a qualified parenting coach, blending neuroscience with cultural sensitivity to support families with clarity and confidence. I continue to expand my practice through accreditation journeys with the Association for Coaching and SFEDI, ensuring that lived experience and professional rigour walk hand in hand.
